Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3 years in administrative law/urban planning in administrative and/or contentious proceedings.
• Experience in processing administrative procedures, management of licenses and Responsible Declarations, urban planning discipline and sanctioning procedures.

Nice to have

• Litigation experience in civil matters or administrative contentious proceedings is valued.
• Experience in civil law is valued.

Education & certifications

Degree in Law, Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Bar admission. Experience and knowledge in civil law are valued.

The role

At Digi we need to incorporate an Urban Planning Lawyer who will have the following duties:

• Processing of administrative files in urban planning matters.
• Administrative appeals and administrative contentious proceedings.
• Comprehensive legal advice within the framework of the deployment of telecommunications infrastructure and networks.

KNOWLEDGE

Office software at an advanced user level.

Management of legal databases.
