Key Responsibilities

  • Offer high-touch support via email, resolving intricate technical problems to help partners optimize their use of YouTubeâ??s platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Partner Managers and Engineers to conduct detailed account reviews, share insights, and foster partner growth.
  • Drive operational scalability by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Use data and feedback to monitor partner health, detect recurring issues, and guide strategic operational decisions.
  • Develop deep expertise in YouTube products, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve bugs, document case studies, and reduce support volume.
  • Advocate on behalf of partners by communicating their needs to cross-functional teams, contributing to the development of tools and processes that improve the partner experience.
  • Identify opportunities for product and process enhancements based on partner feedback and technical insights.

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelorâ??s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least two years of experience in technical customer support or client services, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Minimum of two years managing projects or programs, engaging with senior external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Arabic, French, and Spanish to support diverse regional clients.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
  • Experience analyzing technical data, diagnosing root causes, and recommending improvements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and operational scaling.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Quick learner of complex digital products, system logic, and underlying architectures.

About the Role

The Creator Success Operations team at Google is dedicated to providing outstanding support to YouTubeâ??s partners and creators. This team, which includes Partner Operations and High Touch Support, prioritizes partner needs by resolving issues, offering platform education, and facilitating channel growth. As a Partner Operations Manager, your role will involve supporting key partners in the EMEA region, troubleshooting technical issues, and advocating for partner needs to cross-functional teams.

You will become a product expert, helping to identify common partner challenges, and working with technical teams to develop solutions that improve the overall partner experience. The role offers opportunities to specialize in high-impact product areas such as Content ID, Creator Shopping, and Music, contributing to the long-term health and supportability of these products.
