There are plenty of ASP.NET ecommerce Projects or solutions available for the ASP.NET developers . In this article , we will list out some of the popular open source ASP.NET ecommerce solutions.

The DotShoppingCart 3.0 Community Edition is a open source ecommerce and CMS ( Content Management System). This project leverages some of the other open source technologies like Enterprise Library and FCKeditor and is licensed under the terms of Mozilla Public License (MPL).

The nopCommerce is another open source solution developed using ASP.NET 4.5 with MVC 4 and based with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher backend database. The nopCommerce contains catalog frontend and backend tool for administration.

dash Commerce is a ASP.NET open source application which lets the ASP.NET Web developers to set up the online store in their application. The dash Commerce solution is been in the market for more than 5 years . The developers can install the dash Commerce easily using Microsoft Platform Installer

Suteki Shop is another ecommerce application based on ASP.NET MVC 3 , MVC Contrib. , NHibernate and Windsor IoC Container.

Some of the modules that Suteki Shop includes a product catalogue , shopping cart and order processing .

    I’ve not come across Suteki shop before, I will have a look at that.

    Dash commerce doesn’t seem a very active project now.

    You don’t have on your list – it is free open source, at, like Nop it is also on the Web App Gallery. We only started a project with it recently, but we are impressed.
